About these terms

Enquiries and project agreements
An enquiry does not create a booking. Before work begins, the parties should confirm the scope, dates, deliverables, usage rights, fees, taxes, payment schedule and any cancellation arrangements in writing. An accepted project agreement takes priority over these general terms where permitted by law. No payment or booking is taken through this website.
Fees, changes and cancellations
Prices and payment deadlines are set out in your quotation or project agreement. Additional work, travel, revisions or changes to the brief require agreement. Postponement and cancellation terms are agreed for the specific project; this website does not impose an automatic cancellation charge.
Photographs, content and usage rights
Website photographs, copy and other creative materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Viewing the site does not grant permission to download, reproduce or use them commercially. Client usage rights, permitted channels, credit requirements and any transfer of copyright are defined in the project agreement. Raw files and working materials are included only if expressly agreed.
Client materials and permissions
Clients should supply accurate briefs and ensure they have permission to provide any logos, text or other materials. For photography involving identifiable people or private venues, the parties should agree responsibilities for access, notices, permissions and any required releases before the shoot. Portfolio publication requires an appropriate legal basis and any permissions required by the project.
Editorial and advertising work
Publication, press coverage, advertising performance or commercial outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Clients should review factual claims and approve final materials before publication. Applicable advertising rules and third-party platform requirements must be respected.
Website use and responsibility
Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse its content. We aim to keep information accurate but availability and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. These website terms are governed by Danish law, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you. Specific projects may have their own agreed terms.
